About Our Group :

FTC Foundation is a well known group among fitness lovers of Faridabad as it has been in existence from last 4 years and has been religiously working towards making our citizens healthy and developing a sense of pride and bonding, It has been managed by our well known Fitness expert Mr Harish Sharma who has been into Fitness training from last many years and is working on making people work towards fitness, Healthy Living Good thinking.

FTC Foundation aspires to provide the best sports and unmatched fitness training programs for all regardless of their age group through daily and weekly sessions, along with special courses during holidays.

Our aim is to bring modern, effective sports training techniques available to kids at ZERO cost and in achievable time.

 

Founder Message

I believe Sports, whether team-based or individual, are a great activity for everyone that provides a variety of benefits. Participation in sports can help build self-esteem, confidence, build social skills and can motivate a person to excel academically, in career and in personal life.

Physical activity is the most obvious benefit of sports participation. We often spend too much time watching television or playing video games and in our offices. But sports practices and games provide an opportunity for exercise that can help keep us physically fit and healthy.

Why Running

Regardless of your age and ability, successful running training takes careful planning and preparation.

Whether your goal is to run 2-3 hours or just to finish a 300 meters run, ideally you need to give yourself at least 18 weeks prior to any event or championships.

FTC Foundation Sports offer structured running coaching for track events from sprints to distance races, field events and even marathons training for:

  • Advance

  • Help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise
